Mothership deploys frontier AI systems into businesses. This policy covers mothershiplabs.io and the services we operate for our clients. Questions about anything here: bharat@mothershiplabs.io.
What we collect.
Contact details you give us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and company, when you reach out or start an engagement.
Basic technical logs generated by visiting the site, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used only to keep the site running and secure.
Business data our clients connect during a deployment, such as documents, messages, and records from their own systems. That data belongs to the client and is processed only to operate the systems they asked us to build.
WhatsApp and Meta platforms.
Some deployments run agents on the WhatsApp Business Platform. When they do, messages sent to a business number are processed to operate that business's service: answering questions, taking bookings, sending confirmations. Message content is used for no other purpose, is not sold, and is handled under Meta's platform terms alongside this policy.
Google user data.
Some of our services connect to Google accounts, such as Gmail, Drive, or Calendar, when a user grants access through Google sign-in. We access only the scopes you approve, and only to provide the features you connected them for.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it except to provide the service, comply with law, or as part of a merger with equivalent protections. Humans do not read this data unless you ask us to, it is required for security or debugging, or the law requires it.
How we use information.
To provide and operate the services, respond to you, and improve what we build. We do not sell personal data. We do not use client data to train models for anyone else.
Sharing.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run a deployment, such as cloud hosting and AI model providers, under their own confidentiality obligations, and where the law requires it. Nothing is shared for advertising.
Retention and deletion.
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as our client instructs for their deployment. To have your data corrected or deleted, email bharat@mothershiplabs.io and we will act on it promptly. Revoking a connected Google account's access in your Google settings cuts off our access immediately.
Security.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people and systems that need it, and client deployments run in the client's own infrastructure or in isolated environments.
Changes.
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the site or services after a change means the current version applies.
